| Peter is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in the area of Personal Injury Law. He is a past President of the Victorian Branch of the Australian Lawyers Alliance - ALA (formerly the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association - APLA) and a former Chairman of the Personal Injury Law Advisory Committee set up by the Specialisation Board of the Law Institute of Victoria. |

| In 1999 he gave expert evidence on the Victorian Transport Accident Scheme to the Satchwell Commission of Enquiry in Pretoria, South Africa. He has authored many articles and has delivered numerous papers at legal seminars and conferences organised by the Law Institute of Victoria, Leo Cussen Institute and Australian Lawyers Alliance. He is a former visiting law lecturer at the Goulburn Valley Base Hospital School of Nursing. |

| Clara has more than 9 years experience acting on behalf of injured transport accident victims. She is an expert in the operation of the Victorian Transport Accident Scheme, and is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law. Clara conducts litigation in the Victorian County and Supreme Courts and has also undertaken Appellate work in the Court of Appeal and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. |

| Clara is the current National President-Elect of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and is due to take up the presidency in July 2008. She was a Committee member of the Victorian Branch of ALA for 6 years and continues to serve on the National Board. Clara also serves on the Transport Accident Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria and the County Court Litigation Committee.

She is frequently engaged by State Trustees Victoria to act on behalf of represented persons suffering from severe cognitive and psychiatric conditions.
